  • The item is in its original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of reborn dolls, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized dolls
  • Items marked as final sale

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with photos of the product.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
